missingWrote a review on Nov 25convenient locationcold roomoutdated décor
The location is convenient for exploring Waterford.
My stay was plagued with a cold room due to an uncloseable sliding sash window that let in drafts. The noise from the main road was relentless, waking me up multiple times throughout the night. I found the décor outdated and the common spaces lacked upkeep, leaving me feeling more like a transient than a valued guest.

Chur, we had a fab stay, but the decor needs a wee bit of updating. Michael was a legend and the brekkie was top-notch, eh?

Right, I had a crackin' stay! The brekkie was top-notch, especially them scrambled eggs, and the room was cleaner than a whistle. Only downside was could've done with more sockets for me gadgets. Still, I'd defo come back in a heartbeat, mate!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Waterford. A short walk to both the bus and train stations made things easy. I did notice it got chilly with the window open, but overall, the atmosphere was friendly and lively, especially with the pub next door. Would definitely recommend!

Just a solid selection for a cursory stop in Waterford with exceptional value. The staff made an effort to accommodate my late breakfast request, which was a nice touch. Close the windows at night to block out street noise.
